Meeting Minutes
May 4, 2005 – Saco
1. Call to Order. President Stu Marckoon called the meeting to order at 11:40 a.m.
2. Approval of Annual Minutes. (Joint May 6 and 13, 2004) Members attending the 2005 Annual Meeting reviewed Annual Minutes. Motion made by Diane Gurney, seconded by Vera Parent, all approved.
3. Treasurer’s Report. President Stu Marckoon of the MMTCTA Executive Board reported on the financial statement ending December 31, 2004. Motion made by Vera Parent, seconded by Gayle Doyon, all approved
4. Certification Awards. Certification Chair, Joe Schlick presented the certifications. He presented certificates to the following members and congratulated them:

5. Report of Nomination Committee. Audrey Goucher, Nominating Chair reviewed the recommendations for Slate of Officers. Nominations ceased. Motion made by Vera Parent, seconded by Joe Schlick, all approved at the recommendations for Slate of Officers.
6. Code of Ethics Proposal: Stu Marckoon presented the proposed Code of Ethics. Motion made by Joe Schlick, seconded by Gayle Doyon, all approved the Code of Ethics as proposed.
7. Other Business. None.
8. Adjournment. Motion made by Loretta Berry, seconded by Audrey Goucher, all approved to adjourn the meeting at 12:20 p.m.
