Posted by Warrent Hatch, Bowdoinham, December 13, 2007: Of those town's which offer reimbursement, for out of pocket medical expenses, do you have a written policy which clarifies what specific documentation (request forms, receipts, cancelled checks, credit card statements,doctor/hospital bills, prescriptions, etc.) is acceptable before the request for payment is approved.
