My latest question may be for Towns with a population of 2000 or less, or maybe not.  (Northport has about 1600 residents.)   Here in Northport we are trying to get our office policies and procedures on paper!  I'm wondering

• How many towns have written P&P?            
• Did you have a template/how did you get started?            
• Is anyone willing to share? 

We seem to be stuck on the amount of detail to include.
