Posted by John Falla, St. George, July 28, 2009: Our Select Board has created an ad hoc budget process committee and one of their duties is to analyze and make recommendations in considering a change in the fiscal year.  We have obtained a copy of the info packet from MMA, but MMA also suggested this listserve as an opportunity to hear from other towns that have traveled these waters before us. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
