We have recently upgraded the MMTCTA website to try to make it more attractive and user friendly.

Training - This link will take you to the list of training sessions offered by MMTCTA, and you should be able to click on the class title to get the brochure. Most of the brochures are in the PDF format which requires Adobe Acrobat to read. This program can be downloaded for free on the internet.

Membership - This link will take you to an index that has the MMTCTA membership application, the current list of members, and certified member lists.

Executive Board - This link will take you to the index which shows who is on the executive board, the latest meeting agenda, the minutes from the board and the MMTCTA organization as a whole, and the board schedule for the next year.

Publications - This link takes you to a list of useful publications in our profession, including the popular Excise Tax Manual, the latest tax publications, and the MMA manuals on tax liens and tax collectors and treasurers. The MMA manuals require that you have a user name and password to access the site.

State & Federal Agencies - This link will take you to a page of links both internal and external to the MMTCTA Website. Internally we maintain information pages for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles and the working group for the Department of Inland Fisheries & Wildlife and an index of required labor posters.

Links - This link gives you lots more links, all of which are external to the MMTCTA website.

Forms - This page has all sorts of forms that have been donated by MMTCTA members. Among the more popular forms are tax lien forms and the excel spreadsheet to report to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles on a bi-weekly basis (paper towns). Many of the forms are in Word and Excel Format

Certification - This link take you to an index for certification information, including the application forms.

List Serve - Growing in popularity, the MMTCTA List-Serve give you an opportunity to post questions to your fellow tax collectors & treasurers and see the threat of the responses. All list serve inquiries are compiled on this page.

Legislation - This page will attempt to keep up with legislation that affect the profession and provides links ot the Maine Legislature
